In the News: <\/em>Cairo \u2013 Since mass protests began in Egypt on January 25, President Hosni Mubarak has announced that he would not seek re-election for a sixth term. It has been reported that protests were organized by opposition groups using various forms of social media. Among the leading critics of the Mubarak government are the Muslim Brotherhood and Nobel Laureate Mohammed ElBaradei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
