In the News:<\/em> General Stanley McChrystal was relieved of his duties as the commander of U.S. forces in Afghanistan. Taking his place is General David Petraeus, Commander of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) and architect of the 2007 counterinsurgency operations in Iraq.
