In the News:<\/strong> <\/em>At least 25 people were killed in an explosion at the Upper Big Branch coal<\/a> mine in Raleigh County, West Virginia. Massey Energy owns the mine and, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette<\/em>, had been cited over 400 times for safety violations in 2009.<\/p>\n
