The 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet will give a public address on February 24th.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Also In the News:<\/em><\/strong> The <a href=\"http:\/\/libweb.fau.edu\/blog\/?p=2392#2\">Conservative<\/a> Political Action Conference, or CPAC, took place in Washington, DC this past week.
