Wimberly Library.\u00a0The\u00a0Government Documents Department<\/a> facilitates access to numerous map collections which are housed\u00a0on First Floor East.\u00a0\u00a0T<\/span>hese maps can be checked out with your Owl Card at the Documents Office (LY 109) or Reference Desk. <\/span><\/p>\n

To discover\u00a0the collections, <\/span>take a look at the descriptions of\u00a0Map\u00a0Resources<\/a> on the Government Resources<\/a> web site. Among the\u00a0multitudes of maps are USGS topographic maps, world political maps, National Geographic maps<\/a>, National Park maps, and geologic maps. There are also detailed Census Bureau maps of Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade counties.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of\u00a0our newest collections contains\u00a0International Travel Maps<\/a>. Here you\u2019ll find maps of\u00a0most of the world\u2019s nations, along with regional and notable city maps (Paris, London, Barcelona, and Rome to name a few). Also, maps\u00a0of U.S. states and many Caribbean islands are available.<\/p>\n
