Strange box appears

Indexes the latest findings in every area of science, engineering, and technology covering trade and industrial publications, journals issued by professional and technical societies, and specialized subject periodicals. Abstracting coverage begins with periodicals published in March 1993. Full Text coverage begins in 1997. 


Solution:

The box appears whenever there is a space added to the beginning of a sentance. Go under the edit tool and remove the space.

The hyperlink looks wrong

Solution:

There is a space missing between the end of the URL and the beginning of the word that is to be hyperlinked.

INSPEC


Formatting is off

I.E. only part of the word is Italic or Bold.


Example:

Science Abstracts, Section A. Physics Abstracts. 1903 to 1996.


Solution:

When highlighting the word(s), the entire word(s) was not selected before hitting the bolding button.

Spelling

IE EXPLORER does not do spell check, but FIREFOX does. If you use IE EXPLORER, you may need to first create your guide in microsoft word to check spelling and grammer. Then copy and paste.
